IPILYA Shipping Policy
In Stock Orders
• We dispatch your in-stock orders using a fully trackable courier delivery service.
• Our goal is to prepare and ship your order within 5 – 10 business days.
• For urgent requests, please contact us at sales@ipilya.com.
UK Delivery
• We offer next day delivery via EVRI, DPD UK or Royal Mail Tracking for orders within the UK.
• All shipments are fully trackable and require a signature on delivery.
• Items returned in an unworn or unused condition can be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
EU Delivery
• We deliver to all EU countries with the shipping cost at checkout including any applicable duties and taxes.
• Standard delivery is via Royal Mail with an estimated arrival of 3 – 7 days. Certain destinations may use an alternative courier.
• Items returned in an unworn or unused condition are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
US Delivery
• We offer delivery to the United States.
• Taxes and duties can be either pre-paid or paid upon delivery at your local customs office.
• Orders are shipped using DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 5 days from London to most US states.
• Items returned in an unworn or unused condition can be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
Rest of World Delivery
• We provide worldwide shipping.
• Taxes and duties may be pre-paid or collected upon delivery by your local customs office.
• Our preferred courier is DHL, offering a fully trackable service with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 5 days for most international locations.
• Items returned in an unworn or unused condition are refundable within 14 days of receipt.
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions.
• Ensure that you provide a valid telephone number and email address at checkout so that the courier can reach you if needed.
Important Delivery Information
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays.
• We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
• It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.
• Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
