How can I place an order? All products from the Alison at Home range can be ordered online or via the telephone (020 7087 2900). If you have any questions about to how place an order please email support@alisonathome.com

Availability of stock - All items in our stored listed as “In stock” will be be processed and shipped to you within 30 days. If you would like to inquire about the availability of items listed as “out of stock” please email  support@alisonathome.com

How can I redeem a promotional code? 'Free gift' codes are to be entered in the relevant promotional box on the Shopping bag page. 'Discount and free delivery' codes are to entered in the relevant promotional box at Checkout.

I’m having difficulty paying for my order - If you receive an error message stating that your transaction cannot currently be processed after confirming your payment, this is usually caused by a problem during the authentication process initiated by  your bank. This can occur for a number of different reasons, and the problem can usually be resolved by making sure you have entered your card details correctly, and trying again at a later point in time.

To ensure that you’re not paying for the same item twice, you may also want to check your email inbox and (or) junk folder for any purchase receipts.

If you are having difficulty paying for any other reason, please contact our customer services. 

I’m not sure if my payment was processed successfully - If you are uncertain whether you have been charged for your order, please check your email inbox (or spam/junk) folder for a confirmation receipt. All orders placed through Alison at Home online will automatically generate a receipt sent to the email address you’ve logged-in with.

Do I get I receipt with my order? Yes you do, this will be emailed to you (please check your junk/spam folder) as soon as your order has been placed. 

Which methods of payments are accepted by Alison at home? We accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Maestro

Will I be charged before or after receiving my order? You will be charged for your order at the time of purchase.

Can I shop at Alison at home from outside of the UK? If you are located outside of the UK, you won’t be able to shop at alisonathome.com.
